Ringer and Director Tips:
Treat people well and they will do your marketing for you. Be interesting or be invisible – Kay Cook
Pentatonic Processional:
Divide all the black notes among the ringers creating a pentatonic (5 note) scale. Group 2 or 3 ringers together who make up an 8 beat pattern using their notes. High bells use sixteenth and eighth notes, alto bells use eighth and quarter notes, tenor bells use quarter and half notes and bass bells use half and whole notes. Each group repeats their pattern once they enter 1 group at a time. – Kathleen Wissinger
